POSTAGE AND HANDLING We do not charge any extra for postage and handling via standard Australian Post within Australia and New Zealand. Your order will be printed and despatched to you via Australia Post with in 7 business days of us receiving your order and payment, though during the December - February period it may take up to 14 days due to high demand. We do offer an express post option if you require your labels faster at Australia $7.50 or New Zealand $15.50. Please allow extra postage time to your area, delivery times can be viewed at www.auspost.com.au For our overseas customers your orders will be sent on international airmail for further details click on www.auspost.com.au/international/ and you must select your country. Please note: Orders will be processed once payment is received and cheques have been cleared. Thank you. REFUND POLICY If an error arises on our behalf i.e. misspelt name etc. we will reprint your original order correctly and post it with priority at no extra cost but we will ask for the return of the faulty product for our examination. However if you simply change your mind or you supply the wrong details we will use our own discretion as to what action is going to be taken. PRODUCT APPLICATION When applying our labels we recommend them to be stuck onto dry, clean, oil free, smooth surfaces. Sparkle labels are best for dry applications. There are thousands different types of plastics in the world and some unfortunately will not work well with vinyl labels as the surfaces can be to rough for the adhesive to bond correctly or they have a naturally oily surface. These circumstances are beyond our control and we leave this to your discretion when applying our labels. Our standard vinyl labels are water proof, UV resistant, will stand up to dishwashers and microwaves. Do not apply to items that are put in the oven or steam sterilizers!
