WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All of our orders are custom made and printed on receipt of your order and cleared payment. Orders in most cases will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of receipt, however, during the Back to School period (Jan & Feb) dispatch times can take up to 7 working days as detailed in our FAQ's below.
As soon as your labels are on their way an email will be sent to you.
WHAT ARE YOUR OPERATING HOURS THE CUT-OFF DATES FOR CHRISTMAS 2012 DELIVERIES?
Our labels make excellent Christmas gifts and great stocking fillers too, so to avoid disappointment and to ensure your labels reach you in time, please note our Christmas processing times are as follows:
Orders received after this time will be posted the week commencing Monday 31st December 2012.
Our office will be open for phone orders and enquiries right up to and including Friday 21st December and will close on Monday 24th December to Tuesday 1st January 2013 inclusive. Orders can still be placed online during this time and will be dispatched in order of receipt from Thursday 3rd January 2013.
BACK TO SCHOOL ORDERS
The team at Label Kingdom will endeavour to provide you with the best service and turnaround times as possible as we approach the Back to School period. Please note though that due to high demand at this time, that our dispatch times may take up to 7 working days.

Please note that if you are paying by cheque or money order, you will need to allow 7 business days to the above delivery times. This covers the time for your payment to reach us in the mail as well as bank clearance time of 3 working days.
HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE & HANDLING?
Standard postage within Australia & New Zealand is FREE. For our overseas customers, your orders will be sent to you by standard international airmail for a flat fee of $7.50. That’s right, no matter how much you order, the maximum you will pay is $7.50! So you can get everything you need at the one time without worrying about high postage costs.
If you need your labels in a hurry, we do offer an Express Post service. Prices are as follows:
Australia - $7.50
New Zealand & Overseas - $15.50.
The Express Post Option speeds the Australia Post delivery times only. Our dispatch times still remain as above.
Please note: Orders will be processed once payment is received and cheques have been cleared.

If you would like to pay by credit card, but do not wish to do so online, then no problems at all. We understand that not everyone feels comfortable doing this, so you can phone your credit card details through to our office. Our standard stick-on (vinyl) labels are waterproof, UV resistant and will withstand constant use in dishwashers and microwaves.
When applying our labels we recommend that they be applied to a dry, clean, oil free and smooth surface. There are thousands of different types of plastics in the world and some unfortunately will not work well with vinyl labels as the surfaces can be either too rough for the adhesive to bond to correctly or they have a naturally oily surface. These circumstances are beyond our control and we leave this to your discretion when applying our labels.
Sparkle labels are best suited to dry applications only. This is because they have a metal component in the label to give them their sparkly appearance. These small metal components will “rust” thereby damaging the overall appearance of the label.
Please do not apply our labels to items that are put in the oven or steam sterilizers and always follow the instructions supplied with your iron on, vinyl or sparkle labels to ensure the best results.
Iron-on / Clothing Labels
Our iron-on labels are a permanent, flexible, transfer label that actually bonds to your fabric. So, once your label has been applied correctly, they will not come off – ever!! With this in mind, we recommend that you place the label in a position on the clothing that could be removed if you wished. Particularly with school uniforms, if you think you may be going to hand them down or on-sell the clothes at a later stage, then you may like to place the label either on the swing tag or the hem of the garment. That way, when the time comes to pass them on, you can simply cut off the tag or cut the hem line to remove the label.
Our iron-on labels are designed to withstand constant use in the washing machine & tumble dryer in both a private and commercial environment. They are best suited to 100% cotton, 100% polyester materials or polyster / cotton blends. They can also be used on a number of other fabrics and we leave this to your discretion when applying our label.
They are perfect for nursing home residents too. The label is a generous size that can accomodate two lines of text if required and the text can be enlarged to ensure easy identification of their belongings.
Finally, we do not recommend they be used with chlorine or bleach as this will cause the print to fade over time.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
If an error arises on our behalf i.e. misspelt name etc. we will reprint your original order correctly and post it with priority at no extra cost to you, but we will ask for the return of the faulty product for our examination. However if you simply change your mind or you supply the wrong details we will use our discretion as to how we will assist you further. We understand that mistakes can happen so please ensure you always double check your order before submitting.

ARE THERE ANY EXTRA CHARGES?
We do not have any hidden charges, all postage and handling is free within Australia and New Zealand (other than express mail). Credit cards do not attract any additional fees. The prices quoted on our website are the final price you will pay (except for O/S mail and Express Post).
