If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or our products do meet your expectations, simply contact us within 30 days for an exchange or refund.
You may be asked to return any unused products and / or send us photos so we can further understand how the fault has occurred. This will assist us when conducting product testing to ensure further faults can be prevented.
Please note this guarantee does not cover general wear and tear on products or change of mind on personalised products, see below for further details.
Try before you buy
Not sure about label sizes or the quality of our products? No problem! We understand it can be difficult making purchase decisions when shopping online, so we would love to send you some samples of our products to inspect & try before you buy.
Simply complete your details via the Contact Us page (including any specific designs you are after if applicable) and we’ll have some samples on their way!
Change of Mind on Personalised Products
Our personalised products are made to order with your personalised details so we are unable to offer a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind. If you have ordered non-personalised products, you may be asked to return the product at your own cost. Please contact our Customer Service Team to discuss options available for non-personalised products.
Incorrect Spelling on Personalised Products
Our Label Preview screen allows you to enter personalisation details (name, phone numbers, class etc) and provides an opportunity to inspect how your labels will look when printed. We ask customers to check their personalisation details carefully before finalising their order to ensure the information is correct.
We endeavour to print orders as quickly as possible so if you notice any errors with your order, please contact us straight away. Providing your order hasn’t been printed, amendments can be made.
We cannot provide a refund or exchange in the event a typing error has been entered by the customer on our website and your order has been printed.
In the event you receive an incorrectly spelt product from us, and the error has been made by Label Kingdom, we will either exchange the product or offer a refund if you prefer. The exchange will be printed and posted to you free of charge within 2 business days of being notified.
Incorrect Order Received
If you have received an incorrect order or you believe there is something missing from your order, please Contact Us. If you have an account with us, you may like to log in to your account first to check the items you are missing were ordered.
Please note: If you have ordered more than one style of label for the same name, you may like to remove all labels from the packaging to check if the missing labels have been packed together. In most instances, we will place a sticker on the front of the bag letting you know more label sets are enclosed.
If your order is correct and there is still a discrepancy please:
· Contact Us within 30 days of receiving the incorrect order;
· The correct product will be sent to you free of charge within 2 business days of being notified or we can refund this part of your order if you prefer;
· If a refund is required, we will process the value of the product back to your original payment method (ie Paypal, Visa, Mastercard or Direct Deposit) within 2-3 business days
· We may ask you to return the incorrect product or supply a photo. If we ask you to return the incorrect product, the shipping costs for the return will be reimbursed by Label Kingdom.
Faulty Products / Not Satisfied with Product Performance
We’re here to help. It is important to us that you are entirely satisfied with your purchase and we want you to have a fantastic shopping experience with us. So, if you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, please let us know.
If we don’t know, we can’t fix it!
It could be a simple fix or perhaps a misunderstanding with the application instructions. Either way, we would welcome the opportunity to put things right.
If we are unable to resolve your concerns, you are entitled to receive a refund for the faulty product(s) if the product:
· Is not as described on our website
· Is of poor quality
· Does not perform as stated
If a Product Exchange is required, your products will be sent free of charge by standard Australia Post mail within 2 business days of being notified.
We may ask you to supply photos and /or send us any unused labels for inspection. This will allow us to conduct further investigations on the fault to ensure further faults are prevented.

· Shipping costs for returned products will be at customers own cost, unless the return is from incorrect products sent by Label Kingdom. In this instance, Label Kingdom will reimburse the customer for shipping costs;
· Please allow up to 10 business days for the returned products to be received by Label Kingdom;
· Once the returned product has been received, your Exchange or Refund will be processed within 2 business days.
Exchange / Refund Procedure
· If an Exchange has been agreed to, the replacement products will be produced and sent to you within 2 business days of being notified, or after the product has been returned (if required);
· If a refund is required, Label Kingdom will process your refund within 2 business days. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, the refund may take between 2-3 business days to appear in your account.
Who pays the Shipping Cost for the return?
The shipping cost for returning products will be at the customers own expense unless Label Kingdom has incorrectly supplied a customers order. In this instance, Label Kingdom will reimburse the customer for shipping costs.
